PropTech companies in India now touch every step of a property’s life. A buyer finds a project on a marketplace and tours it online. An AI caller qualifies them. They book through the developer’s CRM and finance through an embedded lender. Then they move into a building that runs on facility software.

This list covers 15 companies that lead their segment. It is grouped by what each company solves, not by funding size. A developer choosing a CRM and a tenant choosing a co-living operator are not comparing the same thing.

The sector is growing again. Entrackr reported that Indian proptech startups raised about 550 million US dollars across 32 deals in 2025. The clear trend is a shift from listings-only models to full-stack platforms that handle the transaction itself.

How this List is Organised

Indian PropTech splits into six working segments:

Developer CRM and Customer Experience

Most listicles skip this segment. Yet it decides whether a developer converts the leads the marketplaces below generate.

1. AbsoluteCX

AbsoluteCX

AbsoluteCX is a real estate CRM and customer experience platform built for Indian developers. It runs on Salesforce with the real estate layer pre-built. Its scope sets it apart from lead management tools. One customer record runs from enquiry to possession and into facility management.

The AI layer, ACX Convo AI, calls new leads, qualifies them, and books visits. It then transcribes and scores every sales call. Qualified leads flow into pre-sales management. Buyers who cannot travel take a tour through the virtual site visit module. Physical visits are tracked with check-in and feedback in site visit management. Its client list includes Prestige Group, Godrej Living, Signature Global, Raymond Realty, Adani Realty, BPTP, and Shriram Properties.

2. Sell.Do

Sell.Do is a Pune-built CRM used by developers and mandate brokers. It focuses on pre-sales speed and launch-day inventory control through its IRIS platform. AI voice agents call and qualify leads. It is a strong pre-sales system for developers who handle post-sales elsewhere.

Property Marketplaces

3. NoBroker

NoBroker built its brand on removing the broker from rentals and resale. Owners and tenants deal directly. It has since added home services, packers and movers, rent payments, and society management through NoBrokerHood. For consumers it is the most recognised zero-brokerage name in the country.

4. Housing.com

Housing.com is part of REA India, alongside PropTiger and Makaan. It combines property search with rent payment, home loans, and developer project listings. Its map-based search set the design standard for Indian property portals.

5. 99acres

99acres is run by Info Edge and is one of the oldest property portals in India. It remains a primary lead source for developers and brokers. For most sales teams, a 99acres integration is the first thing they check in any CRM.

6. MagicBricks

MagicBricks, owned by the Times Group, pairs listings with valuation tools, locality insights, and rental agreements. Like 99acres, it is a core lead channel that developer CRMs must connect to natively.

Full-stack Brokerage

7. Square Yards

Square Yards moved from search to owning the full transaction: brokerage, mortgage distribution, interiors, and property management. Entrackr reported a 35 million US dollar raise in 2025 at a valuation of about 935 million US dollars. An IPO is in preparation. It is the clearest example of the full-stack shift in the sector.

8. ANAROCK

ANAROCK is a tech-led brokerage and consulting firm focused on new residential sales for developers. It combines channel partner networks with research and advisory. Its data reports are widely cited across the industry.

Construction and Materials Tech

9. Infra.Market

Infra.Market is a B2B platform for construction materials, from cement and steel to tiles and MDF. It owns manufacturing and brands. Entrackr reported it raised roughly 175 million US dollars in 2025, over 30 percent of all proptech funding that year. It is preparing for an IPO.

10. Brick&Bolt

Brick&Bolt is a tech-enabled construction company for people building their own homes. Customers get a fixed-price contract, staged payments, and app-based progress tracking. It brings the transparency of a developer project to a single plot.

Flexible workspace

11. Smartworks

Smartworks provides managed office campuses for large enterprises. It listed on the Indian exchanges in 2025. The model is to lease large buildings, fit them out, and run them as branded campuses for one or a few tenants.

12. Awfis

Awfis was the first Indian flexible workspace operator to list publicly. It runs coworking centres and managed offices across metro and tier 2 cities. Its managed aggregation model keeps capital lock-in low.

13. IndiQube

IndiQube offers managed workspaces with a tech layer for access, attendance, and amenities. It completed its IPO in 2025. Its footprint is strongest in Bengaluru and other southern cities.

Rental and co-living

14. Stanza Living

Stanza Living runs managed housing for students and young professionals. Meals, housekeeping, and community events are built into the rent. It has grown into one of the largest co-living operators in the country.

15. Zolo

Zolo operates co-living and managed rental apartments. An app handles rent, maintenance, and community. It targets working professionals in metro cities and has expanded into longer-stay managed rentals.

What Developers Should Take from this List?

Marketplaces generate the enquiry. Brokerages and channel partners bring the buyer to the site. The developer’s own systems decide whether that buyer books, pays on time, and refers a friend.

Three things to check when choosing PropTech companies in India to work with:

1. Integration depth. Your CRM should pull leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and Meta without a spreadsheet in between.

2. Speed to first contact. Buyers who enquire on three portals in one evening go with whoever calls first. AI callers that respond in under a minute are now table stakes.

3. Coverage after booking. Possession, demand letters, and facility tickets are where customer experience is won or lost. A CRM that stops at booking pushes that work into WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets.

Conclusion

India’s PropTech landscape has matured from portals into full-stack platforms. For developers, the most important choice is the system that runs their own customer journey.

AbsoluteCX is built for exactly that. One customer record runs from first enquiry through AI qualification, site visits, booking, possession, and facility management. Conversational AI and Salesforce sit underneath. Developers who want to stop stitching tools together choose it as the operating system for their customer experience.
